Light as described, comes with all parts needed for installation including all hardware and 2" brown mounting arm at 25ft. The light is actually brighter than the old mercury vapor but the light doesn't spread as directly underneath the light out.The instructions on the product are sorely lacking, to point the photo peephole north you need to unscrew 2 screws from the bracket with a plastic plug and then screw the entire bracket into the new screw holes in the base.The product will made in china so shelf life is yet to be determined and no guarantee is mentioned except on the website comes in standard brown packaging quality seems good external photocell is blue works well electrical knowledge is required for installation as the instructions are very poor.The brightness of the light is surprisingly brighter than expected t and I had no problems installing the product. I'm giving 4 stars because there are durability issues and service or warranty issues that have yet to be resolved, as well as poor installation instructions and no warranty contact information except on the website.
