Cooling, but there's better out there
I used this product after delivery of my first child for pain relief. I had significant tearing. It's a great product but I honestly didn't really need it. I preferred the Preparation H witch hazel cooling wipes that my hospital gave me. A few of those in my pad gave much more relief than the foam.
- Used this after baby #1 and felt immediate relief when put onto a pad! Would definitely recommend.
