EDIT: After playing around with the new buttons for about a month I became increasingly frustrated with the stiffness/stickiness of button A. I know now that this is one of its shortcomings. However, I was determined not to give up. So I took the controller apart again and used a fine nail sanding wheel to sand all sides of each button (only the A button was a problem for me, but I didn't want to do it again if the other one started going haywire). so I made them all). Not necessarily because of the white plastic, just enough to be smooth rather than rubbery. Now it works great! I hope it stays that way! Since I had to fix their product to make it work properly, I'm only giving 4 stars. I like these professional controller settings. And I like that they aren't as smooth as the original; my fingers always slipped off. It has a very light layer, something like silicone. I just think it's perfect. As are the colors. Now I feel like this is MY controller. As far as installation goes, it's basically a matter of screwing and loosening lots of tiny screws. If you're watching a YouTube video (just watch out for the extreme speed buttons), it's pretty easy, it just takes a little patience. Also, when you take apart an old controller, it's time to clean it. I changed a few on my husband's old controller and it was uncomfortable with the buttons and the stitching inside. A little alcohol or water on the Qtip and it's like a new controller! I definitely recommend interchangeable buttons, joysticks and grips.
