Be careful what you get. It is NOT pre-cut. Mine was just cropped from the corner of the sheet it was printed on. The sticker is very thin and the sticky side is not very strong. I prepared the section of my 4 wheel where I wanted to place it and then used the piece I needed to cut off to do the test. Glued, checked for bubbles, smoothed well. It almost didn't stick to the plastic and came off very easily. I'm not going to waste it on a 4 wheeler because it never lasts long the first time I have to wash it. I think I'll find something around the house to tape it to. The delivery service was quick but as others have said in previous posts this was only sent in a regular envelope. Mine is not kinked or creased.
