Recorded files seem to be stored in different folders at random. In a folder, recordings are displayed on the screen for playback and these files are played on my computer, if the files are in a different folder, they cannot be played on the monitor or PC. Writing files to a fast Class 10 U3 SD card takes a long time, and while it's happening you'll see a yellow bar at the bottom of the monitor indicating that the file is being written to painfully slowly. I don't think it's writing while the file is being written, so if "constant records" might be missing. The screen was difficult to see in daylight. I chose a model without a mirror pane. The front camera lens is not the same as in the photo, not a square part, just the hard round little tube with a lens that I think is better than a non-hard lens. I only used 2.5k settings for both cameras, the rear seemed to be of lower quality. Another annoying part is the exposure jumps on the camera even when driving in open desert so if you want to record a video with it, it will be distracting. I think most of these unit types would have similar problems, I think for us when driving your car's mirrors would be safer, but not all cars have rear-view mirrors. What is it for and what specific purpose might it work for you.
