I concluded that this set was not suitable for weeding when I received it. It was necessary to look at the purchase, but I would not order. Count the parts of the tools you would use for weeding. Three. There are 3 out of 8 ends that can be used for weeding. The other 5 are hooks, loopholes that I wouldn't use too often. Of the three ends, I use the curved one the most often to get in and under the vinyl layer. And of the 4 tools I use the most the one that does NOT have a comfortable grip, knurled metal! Instead there is a flat spot on the curved one. The flat spot is in the wrong place for my hands. It tended to fit my hand comfortably and the hook looked awkward. And I also found them difficult to hold, they are very small for my hands. I'm a big handed guy, but the flat spot was a deal breaker. And just one tool I would use. The other two, which had a sharp end to weed, weren't sharp enough. I mean I have a set that came with my car and I get stuck in it sometimes and it hurts A LOT. These 2 were too blunt to weed. I gave it to my girlfriend and she said the same thing. Too small and awkward to use and not enough pointed tools for weeding. I ended up throwing them away. I come back, read the description and see where the deception is also made of believing that this set is for weeding. I'm not sure what it could be used for.
