Great Solution That Integrates Into Our Existing Systems

I like what I've seen so far. Have been able to easily add my own emails to this software. It has made it easier for me to be on one platform instead of searching through emails across various programs. For now at least it looks good but you have to see how they make changes for future updates. If there are any updates in the future we would want that information released so that we can take full advantage of those features. So far everything is looking great! We needed a way to have our customers contact us through Email without actually having an email server of our own. This gives us more options at our fingertips and gives our clients additional ways to contact us as well. I like that it's easy to use with all of our customers as well as internal employees. It provides great features and integrates easily into other systems we currently have in place such as MS Office 365 or Google Apps. Sometimes there are glitches but they tend to be fixed very quickly when notified by their support team (which has been fantastic!). We're looking at ways to streamline processes internally so this will help us do just that!
