After paying a lot for this stuff and using it to clean incredibly gross carpets (previous renters had a huge, old, smelly, matted, long haired dog AND didn't really believe in cleaning), I was amazed at how much it cost Dogs got stained. However, I ran out of ink and wanted to do some more work on the ink stains, which were reduced but not gone. This time I tried Dollar Store's carpet stain remover and lo and behold, the ink stains were gone immediately, the carpet didn't stain or bleach, and I paid a lot less. IOW, this branded stuff is overrated and overpriced. However, my new Bissell Carpet Cleaner is AMAZING! Never again will I pay professionals to clean carpets. She also remodeled my furniture.
