Explosion lamp for halogen lamps

Bought this item a year ago and worked about 9 months. Unfortunately the bulb failed and I bought another brand and when it failed too I bought those bulbs again. After 2 days, the bulb in the right head of the left one burned out. When I took out the bulb, I saw that the bulb had exploded inside the headlight housing and there were shards of blue glass everywhere. Absolutely disappointed.
