I like to use candles in my windows at Christmas, but I didn't want to turn them all on and off or run multiple extensions. You are perfect! They are the perfect size and look great in the window. I love that you can set a timer so they turn on and off at a specific time every day. They have other functions for flicker, brightness, etc. One piece of advice I heard from someone else was that after you put the batteries in, line them all up on a table or counter and mount them all at once with the included remote before You put them in your windows. So they all light up at the same time every night. When you put the batteries in they light up so I put them in the lighted holders on the counter and then turned them off with the remote and waited until I wanted to turn them on each night and they turned them back on with the remote control . (Yes, they all turned on and off at the same time because they were close together.) I then placed each of them in the windows of my house. I've found that other devices with "flickering" lights have used this setting to drain the batteries much faster, so I set it to constant mode and see how long the batteries last. Mine is set for 6 o'clock. every night, but you can only set it to 4. It's only been 5 days so I'll update my review after seeing how long the battery lasts. So far very happy with this purchase!
