We just got this suit today. I am writing this review to help others with sizing. My 7 year old son is 55 lbs and 4 feet tall. I got him a size 6. He will be able to wear it next year too. Since I'm buying it to keep him warm, I probably should have gotten him the next size down, but I'm okay with the fit so far. If it's really not working to keep him warm, then I will consider the smaller size. Seems to be a thick quality material. Will update review after we get a chance to evaluate performance.
