The charger indication light turned green after about 3 hours when the instructions said it would take 5 to reach a full charge. I reached out to the seller and they sent me an email stating I had to file a claim for return. Luckily I didn’t purchase directly from them and an ebay associate assisted me over text even trying to trouble shoot the issue and then eventually sending me my return slip.We went to Wally world and bought a hover board instead that had much better specs for the same price.
