You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. High performance and durability? Yes, compared to a dead battery I suppose. But in my experience they lasted less than twice as long as brand name batteries. And about 1 out of 3 batteries I could see leaking (off-white powder) in the blister pack. They can be used in a small inexpensive toy but I wouldn't risk using them in a more expensive device like a watch.
