It's always a little hard to tell if a product like this is really working - I will say when I first plugged it in, one of our cats actually started sniffing the air - so he definitely noticed it. I do think our cats have been getting along a bit better, I plugged this right by our window seats which is where they all like to sit - and sometimes they get in tiffs over who gets to sit where -- again, hard to say, but I think it did something and so I did wind up buying refills so I can keep using it!
