This Denso radiator 221-3229 fits my 2005 EX L Accord. I love Denso but I wasn't 100% satisfied with this device. First, the body of the water temperature sensor is very large to fit inside the water temperature sensor. Accordingly, an adapter was needed. First the adapter is attached to the inside of the box. At first I didn't know there was an adapter. Nothing on the device indicates that the adapter is present. Only after returning the device did I find the adapter. Second, I hate adapters. It's just another potential source of leakage. Brass adapter with O-ring seal. Otherwise, Denso products are solid. Denso products are Honda's original equipment manufacturers. I would also recommend this radiator with the adapter. I would also replace the water temp sensor. Buy Honda parts. There's a reason they're expensive. Honda parts are more reliable and a direct fit.
