Excellent quality, exact replacement for the existing Denso. Comes in the original packaging which seems to protect it very well as it had foam inserts around it. There was a small adapter for the coolant sensor in the kit, but I didn't need it. Also included was a radiator cap which I am currently using (not sure I will be using the factory cap). This Denso radiator 221-3229 fits my 2005 EX L Accord. I love Denso but I wasn't 100% satisfied with this device. First, the body of the water temperature sensor is very large to fit inside the water temperature sensor. Accordingly, an adapter was needed. First the adapter is attached to the inside of the box.
