Received this product today and was very disappointed to see scratches on the back of the product after unpacking. Maybe, maybe that's how they delivered it. However, looking at it from the front and the outside, it is obvious that the 'brand new' product I received is a refurbished/used item. The front is worn out, there is no instruction manual etc. Today I will go back and buy a better kennel heater somewhere.
