Very upset with this purchase. At this point, having only had it 1 day, it seems functionally fine (hopefully). BUT: It's pretty clear it was a return/open box/repair. NOT new as advertised. When powered on, the router displayed non-default SSIDs and did not respond to default credentials. The device should have been reset to default manually, by me, not by them. I do NOT appreciate a used/returned item being charged a new product price. They didn't even bother to factory reset it, they just tossed it in a box and carried it out the door. shameful.
