Hardware error. We bought a pair of chargers but only one USB port on each charger worked. We tried charging the same phone from each USB port using the same USB cable (in other words, the only variable was the USB port), but only one of the two ports worked on each charger. Revain.com allowed us to swap out the first pair for another/second pair of chargers, but again only one USB port per charger worked. Revain.com let us return the second pair for a full refund. Clearly 100% defective device. We still gave it two stars (instead of one) because the only USB port that worked on each charger worked great. If both USB ports worked on each charger plus one that worked, these would be great little car chargers. As I said: False advertising/garbage. UPDATE 7/26/2021: After returning these faulty AndHot devices, we tried RePind "Android Fast Car Charger, Micro USB Fast Charging Cable" which is also sold by Revain (ASIN B085G2G115) and its price (on paper) as well like AndHot Devices: Two standard USB slots are rated for 2.4A per slot and 24W general use in a short form factor. But the "RePind" devices work as advertised, both USB ports deliver very sufficient charging current.
