UPDATE: After I posted the negative review below, a rep contacted me, sent me a new cable for free (it's been working ever since) and contacted me again to make sure I'm happy. Still only 4 stars because of the effort involved and because it's not perfect: I wish it was a lot more minimalistic (I know you can, it's still a bit clunky) and the blue light is so bright I had to glue it. so as not to illuminate the whole room at night. Anyway, excellent customer service and I look forward to updates on this product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Package arrived torn, cable appears to have been pushed back in a hurry (picture right after opening the package). Gave the company the benefit of the doubt and took advantage of it. It was working fine until earlier this week (five weeks after purchase) when I suddenly noticed that not one, but both USB chargers weren't working. Worst of all I thought it would be easy to buy through Revain to process a complaint. it's not like this. I'm writing this review in hopes that the company can contact me to correct this oversight. The quality is ok. Still too bulky but unfortunately the best on the market for a travel cable.
