Edit 7/16/18: Downgrading some stars on this product. The Wi-Fi on it is ridiculously unreliable, causing wireless devices to lose connection through the MoCA bridge. The signal is strong, but traffic is no longer being routed through the bridge back to the network. However, as a MoCA 1.1 bridge to Ethernet devices, this is a reliable and probably cheapest way to add more MoCA nodes to my network for use with Ethernet. The two Ethernet ports are useful - I connected one to a TiVO Mini Vox and the other is now connected to a Netgear 750AC AP after following the instructions in these reviews to disable the built-in wireless radios on this one.β ββ β Original: For $14, no complaints overall. I have extended my existing MoCA 1.1 network beyond our pavilion where we have coax for TV but no ethernet. Plugged a TiVo Mini Vox into one of the Ethernet ports and finally got very good WiFi coverage in our backyard. For those giving a star for not having an ethernet cable and coax splitter, is that really a big deal? These are things that most households have spares for around the house these days. The MoCA bridge and dual-band WiFi more than make up for that. I work in IT so setting up an existing network was very easy. If you don't know exactly what that does, meaning you've never heard of MoCA and don't have a basic understanding of how to set up something similar to your home router, you'll likely be disappointed. For me it was exactly what I needed and at a super super cheap price.
