
Recent shopping at Auscamotek allowed me to personally witness their "dedication to customer satisfaction." It was a genuine knee-slapper, I tell you. From their online shop, I made a purchase that I was eager to get. But when it was delivered, it wasn't what it had been described to be and wasn't even functional. I got in touch with their customer support team in the hopes of getting a prompt response. I had no idea that I would soon play the lead in Auscamotek's comedy of mistakes. First, after what seemed like an eternity on wait, I was informed that there was nothing they could do to assist me. When I requested a manager's attention, I was transferred to a voicemail box that was already filled and was unable to take any more messages. Hilarious! I made several attempts to get in touch with someone before I eventually got a canned, robotic answer that made me laugh. It was obvious that they saw Auscamotek's commitment to client satisfaction as nothing more than a joke. I was ultimately left with a subpar product and a bad taste in my tongue. But hey, at least the whole ordeal gave me a nice laugh. Auscamotek is the online shop for you if you want a good laugh and lousy customer service!
