If you're looking for a small steamer to slip in your travel bag and use on the go, fine. It eliminates most large wrinkles but still leaves smaller ones. It doesn't work as well as full size steamers, which work GREAT for all wrinkles. the time it is activated. It will sit and produce vapor for 15 seconds, then release for about 15 seconds, then you have to wait 15 seconds again for the next burst. This is usually pretty annoying. For most people I would definitely advise buying full size items - if you have the space. Update: I think a company should keep an eye on their ratings. They contacted me after my 2 star rating (in fact they called me back 3 times because I was too busy to take their call - kudos!). They offered to refund or replace the product. Up to 3* already. To better assess it, I asked for a replacement. Arrived quickly and what you know - works great. Smooth steam output from the nozzle, no lags, minimal spitting (a little more - the nature of the beast). Small footprint but these are ideas for a small portable steamer. Definitely turned my rating around 5*. So the lesson is this: if you get a hiccup while you're at work, get a replacement. This should work well enough.
