I was surprised by the quality for this price.

Excellent processor for the aftermarket. On Chinese huanans (Chinese mother), without raising the voltage, it chases up to 4.2 (with the mother's firmware, it can be higher, I did not flash it, and my sample keeps stable 4.1 GHz).
Modern games holds, loads (judging by tests on the Internet) gtx 1080 and better video cards. It also behaves with dignity in video editors.

Pros

Stock frequency. Overclocking without voltage up to 4 - 4.2 GHz. Not high heat dissipation. 6 cores, 12 threads.

Cons

I'm considering as a desktop PC (but a server processor). The high price of a new sample. Not exactly a new socket. The need to buy either an expensive server motherboard or a Chinese equivalent.
