Thousands of reviews have already been posted so I'm sure everything has been said. I've owned them for about a year now. I listen to different music with them on my smartphone and laptop. My pros, cons and conclusion below: Pros ++ great overall sound quality, probably can't beat this price or even twice the price + powerful but not overpowering bass; fairly neutral mids and highs; no listening fatigue + comfortable and secure fit (I have a big head); they stay in place as you move, run, exercise + seamlessly adjustable headband (no cutouts) helps you achieve the perfect fit + on-ear design with soft pads so your ears don't get hot + foldable for portability + open Design makes it sound more like you're listening to room speakers than listening to music that only focuses on your head + Open design lets in outside noise so you're aware of your surroundings (great for jogging) + Lifetime warranty (hasn't been used yet; if you are careful, these should not break) Cons - bass does not reach to ultra-low frequencies; not much bass below 50Hz - for electronic music and rap/hip hop the lack of very deep bass is a problem for SOME songs. Most songs sound good. - open design lets what you hear into the surroundings - the headband can sometimes tug on your hair; Adjust the strap BEFORE putting it on your head and do not adjust it while it's on your head to prevent this - sometimes a small hair can get stuck in the driver and cause a slight rattle; Carefully remove the pad and blow out the hair to secure it - the earcups rotate slightly for more comfort, but mine made a squeaking noise when the left earcup was rotated; sometimes heard while listening. Conclusion: These are by far the best sounding headphones I have ever heard in their price range. I honestly think you need to spend at least 2-3 times more to get the best sound. Plus, these are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn: they're easy to adjust, don't get hot in the ears, and they're snug with the right squeeze. It's easy to see why they've been around for about 30 years and their design hasn't changed much. The rule here is "if it ain't broke, don't fix itโ. Highly recommended.
