You need to file an online repair request on the Microsoft website and wait for instructions by mail. I left the first application number 1431628450 on June 30, and waited until October until someone contacted me, neither a letter nor a call followed. Thank God that the game console is not the center of leisure in our family, and in general we went on vacation for a long time, otherwise I would not have waited so long. On October 13, I left another request for repair / exchange, number 1444564002, I also did not receive a response on it, canceled this one and left a new request number 1444565659 with another mail, despite the fact that I checked all incoming folders and spam on the main mailbox. The answer to another mail (oh miracle!) Came almost immediately, but it was premature to rejoice. The letter has a field with a link "shipping label", but it leads to a repair page, and there is no shipping label. And accordingly, it is impossible to send a non-working prefix anywhere. I waited for 5 days for the shipping label, called the hotline several times, wrote to the support chat once (English speaking only). The result is null. If the company does not want to get in touch, then you will have to go to court regarding the return of money for the device and purchased games. So if you want to play, not run after Microsoft for months with a piece of non-working hardware, you need to look at other manufacturers.
