Fantastic product! Works perfectly! Every time my immune system needs extra support, I take three capsules! An excellent prophylaxis. I definitely recommend this product! However, I will say that if you are taking three capsules, you should drink plenty of water throughout the day. It's important to stay hydrated, especially because (when I take it during flu season or when I'm under extra stress) I tend to get a bit dry (when I take it 3 times a day for prophylaxis for several days in a row). But it's still good to drink more water :)
