This is the first electric blanket I have ever bought, I didn't buy it for myself, I got it for my son as one of his birthday presents because he wanted one, he was very happy with it, I am very glad I found this MP2 electric blanket, the quality is excellent, very well made and the Sherpa is so soft, comfortable, cozy and light that even his wife struggles to use it. This duvet is soft to the touch, heats up quickly and has 3 different settings: low, medium and high to choose from and will automatically turn off after 2 hours as a safety measure in case you fall asleep. I bought him a 50" x 60" gray, black and white plaid, perfect for watching TV on a cold winter's day. He likes it and I can tell you that I will buy one too, I recommend it.
