UPDATE. This seller contacted and refunded my purchase even after the return period had passed. Very happy with customer service. I'm not sure how well this product will work for charging my devices as I didn't have the option. When I first plugged in the device it didn't work at all to charge my devices. I tried plugging in a second DC outlet (cigarette lighter) and immediately noticed that the heated seats stopped working and nothing plugged into the DC outlets after that. Luckily this was all fixed by replacing the fuses for those circuits and I didn't try the charger again for fear of doing more damage. This car is a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek that has not had any other electrical issues to date. In fact, this charger made me want to find my fuse box for the first time. I'm not sure if this issue is specific to a specific device, car model, or a universal issue, but I wouldn't recommend it.
