This is definitely high speed.

I got this to cool down an rtx3090 card that was mining and its VRAM temp was around 100 degrees Celsius. Until I could put everything together for a custom cooling circuit, I used this fan to cool the VRAM. It sounds like a plane taking off when running at full speed, but it moved enough air to bring the VRAM temperature down to 94C. If you can handle the noise, this fan will cool everything.

UNIQUE TIPS: This 12308 120mm fan has unique tips, when something gets into the fan, it will turn on self-protection, and then stop working, but won't burn out to extend its lifespan.
