I like that it has all of my customer information stored within one system so there's less paper flow between departments! It also makes scheduling easier because everything can be done online instead of having multiple spreadsheets or emails going back an forth every day about what needs doing next week/month etc.. The only thing i dislike at this point would have something added such as being able use your phone number if you are out somewhere (ie not home) but just need someone from another department reachable right away when needed? This way we don't always rely solely upon emailing people during busy times which doesn’t get answered until later hours since they're still working their normal jobs too haha!! We've been using scoops mainly through our account manager who handles most things remotely via Zoom meetings while she works her regular job here locally.
