Thank you again and I will definitely recommend this company and this product! The product is really easy to use because you literally just plug it in, but unfortunately it doesn't give me a stable internet connection. I work from home so having a fixed internet connection is important and I miss so much work time because the internet is down even though it has a fixed connection so there are times I am left in a kind of dead zone before I connect. will be done again. It wasn't that bad at first, I thought maybe it was a bug and I restarted the modem and checked all my connections but it didn't work and now the problem has gotten worse. I borrowed an ethernet adapter from a neighbor just to make sure he was the problem and his ethernet adapter was working fine on my laptop. it's very frustrating
