Review on Simpli Magic 79349 Cleaning Microfiber Standard by Jessica Lewis

This mop really could be a 5 star product but the mop handle slips off when I use it; It makes you start flexing while swiping. I bought it to make it easier for me to clean my floors but it's not that. The mop head has great potential. As a mother of a 2 and 3 year old (also a German Shepherd owner) my genders are beaten. This mop head was able to clean them and make them shine like new. He was also able to pick up the last bits of dog hair that the vacuum cleaner had missed. I give this mop 4 stars for head and bucket performance otherwise it would be an average of 3 stars. I have also tried contacting the customer service number and they just call and call.
