As many have already written, real leather is of very high quality. The length and weight are perfect for my 100 lb dogo mix. (I weigh 130 pounds.) Not worth deducting a star for, but the tabs are only useful to me as a sort of visual aid. They (or their brass rivets) aren't thick enough for the loop to not tighten when I pull. I think here was a tip from someone who made some changes to it. I walk my dog and also go for walks in the neighborhood. I like to give it a try while walking, especially if it's a new trail for us. With a leash I seem to have to switch a few hands to get used to it. I don't know what to do with it, I have to ask the coach.
