Fallen Device (PT-810)

This review is for the BT adapter that is compatible with the PT-810. I like the device very much. I have bought multiples. Use it in my truck (AUX port) as the built-in BT only supports cell phone calls. This added the ability to stream music without messing around with cables. I did the same with my wife's car. Finally one hooked up to a home stereo that doesn't have BT support. In addition, all three adapters are not visible, but two of the three had to use significantly longer cables - no fault of the manufacturer. Pros: Instant pairing with almost anything. nice little confirmation signal. Works with multiple devices as it doesn't seem to remember who it's connected to. Leaves that function to the pairing devices and the first thing that connects takes care of it. Turn off that device and the next one will take over. This means you need to be careful when pairing with a new device: any other already paired devices need to be far away, or their BT needs to be disabled or manually unpaired from this adapter - Note: If you turn on this adapter and a sync/sync If you hear a pairing sound (through speakers/stereo), then another device has already picked it up, find it and remove it from the frame before attempting to pair again. Cons: Range or signal strength isn't the best but works well for me as all my BT devices are within ten feet of it. I was stuttering music as I covered the top of the phone (where the BT antenna is) with my palm. This hasn't happened with the BT adapter I've used before.
