For those who have problems with the sound quality, this can be helpful.

I like that it works independently with my 2011 BMW X5. That means the car's Bluetooth system still works fine for phone calls while this thing takes care of streaming music from my phone. If you feel the music sounds like hot junk, just turn down the volume on your phone and use car volume to turn up the volume. The sound is quite acceptable, especially after adjusting the car's equalizer. For audiophiles, this type of gadget may never be good enough. But at this very low price I think it's…

Failed after 3 months

I have an old 530i from 2007 that I wanted to use bluetooth for my audio and it fitted perfectly and I took it. The receiver worked great for 2.5 months and then a day after using the receiver it started sounding like it was lagging or missing when you kept trying to connect, connect and die disconnect. I switched phones and he worked another day and started doing the same thing again. I finally swapped phones the last time he did the same thing outside the gate. When it worked, it worked fine,

Absolute rubbish. about automotive and automotive electronics

If I could put negative stars I would. When I opened it up the poor quality was immediately apparent in the look and feel but it went all the way to the center console so who cares as long as it works it took about 5 minutes. The 3.5 cable was very poor quality, like the dollar store but worse. The 3.5 cable didn't fit the jack as expected, but it did, and so did the jack. That was enough to make him understand that he couldn't take more than a few bets. I connected the USB to the car charger…

I would say this is one of the best uses of my $6 I've ever had.

I'd say this is one of the best uses of my $6 I've ever found. This device is really small and simple. It plugs into a USB port in my car and I plug an extra cable into my stereo. My phone connects directly to it and my music plays flawlessly. Keep in mind. this thing was $6, i ran into a few problems. The plastic case is pretty cheap and can fall apart if you're not careful. For me, this meant when I plugged the extra cable into the device, the plastic came loose and the plug didn't go all the

Fallen Device (PT-810)

This review is for the BT adapter that is compatible with the PT-810. I like the device very much. I have bought multiples. Use it in my truck (AUX port) as the built-in BT only supports cell phone calls. This added the ability to stream music without messing around with cables. I did the same with my wife's car. Finally one hooked up to a home stereo that doesn't have BT support. In addition, all three adapters are not visible, but two of the three had to use significantly longer cables - no…

Works perfectly. for what it's worth

need a way to add bluetooth functionality to my outdated (but still loved!) iHome alarm clock. Connect it to the AUX cable and the other end to the USB extension cable, which then goes into the power adapter. Nice system because when I'm done listening to music on my phone I can just unplug the USB from the Bluetooth device. Two problems - first, the inconsistency in advertising this product. Some reviewers reveal that they come in plastic packaging and the device itself is imprinted with the…

Perfect for car

Simple, works great in my car. It's very simple, it just turns on when the power or accessory ignition is turned on and pairs with my phone with a nice "Bluetooth mode - paired" (heavy Asian accent :P) that goes over the car's speakers to let you know it's working. That quiet voice also alerts you when it can't connect, so you can't leave the house without your phone if you hear it. speakers if you put them in the car audio aux input. This sounds like a screech or trill that gets louder as you…
