The hammer appears to be of good quality but has many small parts. The material of the handle is rough and unfinished, there are chips in the metal at the neck of the hammer, and the biggest problem is that there must be a ball on the back of the hammer for this to be a ball-head hammer. Unfortunately whoever ground and machined this head did not round the ball, there are two distinct grinding marks leading to a blunt point in the centre, making it useless as a ball hammer as it will cut into the material. leave a line. I will be returning this item and trying to get another one....I will update after I receive the second one. I have attached photos to show any problems as proof.
