3000K seems the perfect color to me. They're not yellow at all like 2700K LEDs and they don't have that horrible blue cast that daylight LEDs (5000K) have when used indoors. The dimmer works well and offers the full range from off to full. don't even bother with glue as these things usually don't hold unless the surface is completely clean and even then I didn't really believe in it so I attached a strip to the bottom of the cabinet.
