The best thing about this service is that it allows me the ability to work remotely. It makes me feel like I am still working when I am not physically present. This has been helpful because my time is limited now that I no longer have an office job. I wish they had more options for reporting. Sometimes I want to know what is happening with specific cases, but there are only so many filters that I can use. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for the ultimate remote employee tool. I am able to get my work done while at home. Also, if I ever need to go into a doctors office or hospital, I can take notes through a computer or phone instead of trying to type in handwriting.
