Review on Delid Die Mate Der8Auer: The Ultimate Solution for Delidding Integrated Skylake X Processors by Nate Jenkins

I gave 5 stars because it's a great tool and very well made. I bought it to install an i7-9800x which I found to be a soldered chip. This means that this cap is actually soldered onto the chip. I managed to disassemble the processor without destroying it, I was very lucky. However, having reunited with Kryonaut, the pace is now HIGH, yes, faster and more unpredictable. I don't think any thermal paste can get past the gap the solder made, at least not well enough to lower the temperature.
