Not So Great for Health and Household: Disappointing Protein Shake
Based on our own experience, we were really disappointed with this protein shake. While the taste was decent, it didn't do much in terms of helping us reach our fitness goals. The amount of sugar and calories in this product doesn't make us feel too great about including it in our daily routine. Overall, there are much better options out there in the sports nutrition market that can help you achieve your goals without sacrificing your health and household.
