Great partner for any consulting project
I like all aspects except when we are working with external agency or third party vendor they have their own way of doing things which makes it difficult sometimes but if its something that can be changed then thats great! Its hard to find good quality vendors in this space as most companies dont know where/how to go about getting what's needed so having someone who has been there done that will guide us through those steps would help tremendously.
It allows me more time spend helping my team achieve results rather than managing the process itself.
Pros
- Its a great way to be more on the go and be more time to be spend with the team and be more time to spend on the results
Cons
- I would like it to be more of a process rather than a vendor that we can have a more in the way of a working process so we can be more on the go and be more time
