Review on JustFOIA by Tim Paolucci

It's easy enough for my non tech savvy family members but has all options available if needed or desired by more technical people as well! I like that you can add in an additional account so it doesn't matter who adds information there are no issues adding new entries into one system vs another (i have 2 different accounts). There does seem though sometimes after several requests they may be slow getting back at me when things do get lost within their end. But this could just because some areas aren’t able to give out certain parts right away due too much traffic etc.. Overall very happy customer service provided even over holidays which was great especially since i'm not always home during normal work days/hours. Very friendly staff & helpful whenever questions arise also quick response times once submitted via email usually same day received responses almost immediately!!
