Of course, Depot doesn't have these original faucet replacement parts, although that brand appears to be sold in the big Home Store. We got them for our landlord and eventually his plumber had one installed to fix a cold water faucet handle that was messed up by people trying to tighten it. The plumber actually had to turn off the water in the house to make repairs and then pull out the outer metal grommet of the in-wall handle portion to install this inner grommet before reinstalling the metal grommet.
