So front lift is more like 2.5 inches, rear lift is about 2 inches. After my truck stopped I was 39" in the front and 41" in the rear. I can put 20s on 12.5s with 33s. It still scrapes about half an inch, so make sure you lift the front end exactly three inches. It definitely makes it better. Took me about 7 hours back and forth, it turned out to be a long project as I was doing everything from the ground up and didn't want to simplify some of the screws. Top tip: Make sure you have 17mm to 24mm socket wrenches to remove all the parts you need.
