Everything is OK. The owl is terrible.

Nutricost 5-HTP Powder 25 grams (300mg per serving) Pros: Comes in a canister (break supplements in ziplock bags) It comes with a measuring spoon (but see cons) Cons: You need a scale to weigh (to get the right dose) The scoop is too short (it falls into the 5-HTP powder and you waste the powder digging out the scoop)
