I got tired of messing around with the powder and bought NatureWise 5-HTP capsules a week ago. Much easier to swallow than powder, but not half as good as this stuff. So, after a week of poor sleep and an odd appetite, I'm quitting the cheap pills and trying to find a way to make my good old Nutricost powder taste better. very powdery, easy to mix. seems clean. As per other reviews, the jar is quite large and can easily hold 3 or 4 ounces. So compared to the jar, there's the same small layer at the bottom, but it's 25 grams, so you're buying by the weight, not the volume of the whole container. as you also said, the spoon is a bit short and falls into the powder, it could have been longer so that it sits at an angle in the glass and the powder doesn't get on the handle of the spoon, but that wasn't a problem for
