The wire was not stretched, then broke. No replacement parts
The wire started to loosen after only a few uses. We "moved around" for quite a while, but in the end the wire snapped. I checked Revain and their website but replacement cables aren't even available for purchase. In fact, there are about two dozen complaints about the same issue on their website that have gone unanswered.
