I love the Babo products. They smell good and they clean my children well. I have used many of their products and the one thing that has always been an issue is the packaging. Upon arrival, the conditioner cap Is usually broken, the detangler spray nozzle is cracked or the lid to the shampoo is cracked in the shipping. Tonight was my limit . as I was trying to wash my 18-month-old girl The seal part of the conditioner tube squirted open leaving the container broken on both ends and leaking everywhere. These are not inexpensive products and this is extremely frustrating . As I said before the products are good the packaging is horrible I hope they go back and look at this issue.
