I wasn't sure if I needed a new float valve or just a float valve gasket for my 6qt LUX. As other reviewers have pointed out, this float valve is significantly larger than my original and the vent is much smaller. So I tried a water test with just a new float valve gasket and it worked great! All is well for now. If I have time, I'll look at the rest of the parts. My husband thinks he can file the valve a bit. I will update -
